The relationship between leisure satisfaction, physical activity level and healthy life-style behaviors of sport science students during the COVID-19 pandemic

Background and Study Aim. The purpose of the study was to determine relationship between leisure satisfaction, physical activity levels healthy life-style behaviors sport science students during COVID-19 pandemic in distance education.
 Material Methods. In total, 218 participated this voluntarily. short form International Physical Activity Questionnaire administered for determination level education students. Their were categorized as inactive, minimally active, physically active by using Metabolic Equivalent Term method. Health-promoting Life-style Profile used with self-actualization, health responsibility, exercise, nutrition, interpersonal support, stress management subscales. satisfaction scale satisfaction.
 Results. Results Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Analyses indicated that there positive significant correlations “HLSB” three sub-dimensions “IPAQ” (MIA, VIA Total). It found correlation all “LSS” (Psychological, Educational, Social, Relaxation, Physiological Aesthetical). Also, a four (Social, Aesthetical) one (W). observed which is “Aesthetical”, found.
